Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vault-Cam application and related services ("Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Vault-Cam provides an online video recording service that streams and stores recordings on remote servers.

The Service depends on:

• The user's device performance
• The user's internet connection
• Third-party infrastructure providers
• Cloud storage systems

Vault-Cam does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

• All payments and subscription management are handled exclusively through Google Play.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Google Play account.
• Refunds are subject to Google Play policies.
• Vault-Cam does not directly process payments.

Recordings are stored for a limited duration based on the user's subscription plan.

When the subscription expires or the storage period ends:

• Recordings are automatically deleted.
• Deletion is irreversible.
• Vault-Cam is not obligated to recover deleted files.

Users are solely responsible for downloading recordings before the storage period expires.

Vault-Cam shall not be liable for loss of recordings due to expiration or subscription termination.

You agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection.
• You are responsible for ensuring lawful recording under applicable laws.
• You are responsible for downloading and preserving recordings.

Vault-Cam is not responsible for:

• Poor video quality caused by network instability
• Interrupted recordings
• Incomplete uploads due to connectivity issues

You are solely responsible for complying with all recording, surveillance, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Vault-Cam does not monitor or verify the legality of recordings made using the Service.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vault-Cam makes no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Continuous availability
• Data preservation

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Vault-Cam shall not be liable for:

• Loss of recordings
• Loss of evidence
• Business interruption
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits

In any case, total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the subscription during the previous 3 months.

Vault-Cam may suspend or modify the Service due to:

• Maintenance
• Technical failures
• Security risks
• Force majeure events

We are not responsible for interruptions caused by:

• Internet service providers
• Hosting providers
• Government restrictions
• Natural disasters
• War or infrastructure failure

Vault-Cam may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Use the Service unlawfully
• Abuse system resources

Upon termination, recordings may be deleted in accordance with the storage policy.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Ukraine.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.

Vault-Cam may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
