Email Address:

We use your email to create and authenticate your account.

Recorded Videos:

All videos recorded through Vault-Cam are encrypted and stored on our R2 cloud storage.

Account Access:

Your email allows you to securely access your account.

Video Storage:

Your recorded videos are stored encrypted to ensure privacy and security.

Support & Debugging:

In case of extreme necessity (e.g., lawful request from authorities) or if you explicitly grant permission for debugging, our administrators may access your videos.

Video Access:

You can access and download your recorded videos at any time.

Video Deletion:

Users cannot manually delete videos from the server.

Automatic Deletion:

Videos are automatically deleted from our servers after a period determined by your subscription plan (Basic: 1 day, Standard: 7 days, Premium: 30 days).

Account Deletion:

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Settings page. When you deactivate your account:

• Your account will be set to inactive for 31 days to allow automatic deletion of recordings in accordance with applicable data retention and security requirements.
• Your recordings will continue to be deleted according to your subscription plan retention period
• You can reactivate your account within 31 days by logging in and following the reactivation process
• After 31 days, your account and any remaining associated personal data (such as account identifiers and metadata) will be permanently deleted.
• This action cannot be undone after the 31-day grace period

Data Portability:

You can download all your recordings at any time before deactivating your account to ensure you have a local copy of your data.

Advertising Services

We use Google AdMob, a service provided by Google LLC, to display ads within the app. AdMob helps us monetize the application and support its ongoing development and maintenance.

Data Collected for Advertising

Third-party advertising services may automatically collect certain information from your device in order to provide and improve advertising services. This information may include, but is not limited to:

• Advertising ID (such as Google Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, operating system, language, country)
• App interaction data (such as ad views, clicks, and impressions)
• Diagnostic and performance data (crash reports, error logs)

This data may be used to:

• Display ads
• Measure ad performance
• Prevent fraud and abuse
• Personalize ads where permitted by law

We do not have direct control over the data collected by third-party advertising networks.
